Yeah...simple repaint, no mods.
He´s simply based on Skyjacks G2 color scheme Skyjack (1995) - Decepticon Spy - www.tfu.info and yeah... that´s pretty everything to tell.

Looks good. Thoe only thing I can say is, I would have used Thrust instead of Breakaway for the Decpticon head. Also, you may want to try seperating his fingers. I did this with my Breakaway custom, and he looked pretty good. Just used an X-Acto knife.
