I admire it as a figure, especially since Menasor and the Stunticons are my favorite gestalt team next to Liokaiser. I can't say I'm a fan of non-transforming Transformers, but this one is pretty alright. Did you use Hotwheels cars for the smaller team members?

I wasn't excited about not having the stunticons being able to break down into individual robots, but I didn't see a way around it other then legends class figs and I have another idea for that.

Yea I used hotwheels or matchbox, one of those, they are the perfect size to give the "snapped on" effect like in the cartoons. I used parts from a toy garbage truck for motormaster and the body.

I think its good. Doesn't matter that it doesn't transform, but I would say that ha ha.

The ONLY thing I don't like is the cars on the arms, I think you should have opened them up a bit, made them more involved in 'transformation.' I know G1 just tended to have vehicles slapped on shoulders with magical forearms a lot, but to 'modernise' it, as you say, I think you should have made them more complex. And also, having it non transformable should free you up to do that, you don't have to worry about how it gets there I mean.

I have never been into nontransforming TFs. But for the first time ever I find myself really liking this one. I think its simply because of how show accurate it is. I would definately display this in my collection. Kick ass!!
