WOW, thank you everyone! Maybe I should let those gaps go and head straight for the paint.

As for the head, Like DavidLoPan I used a MyClone Arcee head I pulled from eBay for a surprisingly cheap price. hCxpunk, I did not know they made an Arcee Robot Hero? What is the head size comparison to a MyClone? That might be a better/cheaper option for anyone else who wants to do a head swap on this one.

Hopefully more soon as time allows.

She looks awesome Kal....as for the gaps, maybe some thin sheet styrene panels or putty would take care of that for you.

Can't wait to see the end result on her.

That's some pretty impressive engineering my friend. I wish I could give you suggestions on how to make it better but I'd be more then pleased with those results. Great execution on this.

myclone arcee's head is signifigantly bigger then the RH one. it would look silly in comparison to the delux body, imo. sorry for the bad cellphone pic. myclone is on the right, rh on left, fyi.

Thanks again everyone.

PK...working on those gaps, putty might be the trick!
yourreflection...thanks a lot, I actually might PM you for a cast request here soon, look out for it...

Smarch...thank you for the comparison shots of those head, I agree that the robot hero one is a bit too cartoony for this head swap.

More soon hopefully.

I think you should just buy joints instead of destroying
perfectly good toys just for the joints!
