Anyone who's seen my custom threads before knows that I have a thing for Robot Heroes. For the most part, I think that Hasbro does a pretty good job with the details on them but ROTF Robot Heroes have been severely lacking.

Here's my latest ROTF Robot Heroes custom. Honestly, I bought this set just for The Fallen, but Prime turned out pretty cool as well and Ironhide and Megatron could be great with a little work!

I wasn't going for any kind of movie accuracy. I just did what I thought looked good to me! :)  I sprayed The Fallen flat black and then went over him with Euro Gray and Silver Chrome drybrushing. I then added a light orange wash with some orange highlights. Some blue for the neck, very light antique copper drybrushing, and gold highlights.

As always, I had fun with this one and I hope you all dig him too!

Wow. What you've done really brings out all the details on this cute lil' bringer of death. Movie-accurate or not, he looks 1000X better than the dark green/black the figure comes as.
The only thing I can see that may benefit from a small change is that the blue is a bit bright compared to the rest of the figure.

Excellent work. My biggest complaint with the movie designs is that they have so much detail, but it is lost in their color schemes. This does a lot to bring out the detail without venturing into a cartoon-ish appearance.

Yes, very nice. The colors and detail look very cool. Doesn't look custom at all.

Thanks all! I reall appreciate the feedback!

Thanks! The blue isn't quite as bright in person, but it is brighter in comparison to the rest of the figure. Maybe I'll revisit this one after I finish my other projects. :)

    Thanks again, all!
