DEjector?

Hey guys. I don't do a TON of painting but I knew I had to repaint Ejector into something more evil looking. I ended up going with a skeletal motif. I painted his entire toaster mode red then added black accents. I painted the entire robot mode black then went over it in white in certain places to make it look like bones. This really worked well in the areas that used to be the heating elements. The only place I used a fourth color was bronze to paint the wall plugs to make the toaster mode a bit more interesting. I haven't decided yet what I want to do with the eyes and if I'm happy leaving the thighs black of if I want to paint them white to make the skeleton idea more connected. Until I nail it down I can't put the sealer on it and since I enjoy playing with him so much some of the paint has come off in some areas so that will be touched up. The colors I used are all Games Workshop
Blood Red
Chaos Black
Skull White
Dwarven Bronze



I'd also like some input on what I should name the lil' fella'. Dejector is a place holder name and I'm not too thrilled with it. I don't want him to sound demonic but more meddlesome and playfully antagonistic. Any help on the name front and feedback on the paint is appreciated.

Edit: I just realized that it is REALLY had to see the painted ribs and inside the mouth due to the flash. The only other shot I have from that angle is blurry. If anyone is interested in seeing that just say something in the thread here and I'll take another picture.

edit: maybe personal preference, but i'd like to see you drybrush the black with say...gunmetal :x (can't stop praising gunmetal xD)

Could go with a couple original names: Blackout or Burnout because he burns toast, and because toasters can burn-out... maybe Incinerator...

Isn't Blaster more orange than red? This motif wouldn't be bad as a Halloween scheme with orange instead of red. I considered that but I like how the toaster looks red.

I enjoy drybrushing as much as the next guy and I'm fairly decent at it but that really wouldn't mesh with what I'm going for with this guy. If I decided to do that at this point it would also mean that I'd have to repaint the entire robot mode since there would be no way to drybrush the black without going over some of the white.

Yeah, it does a little bit. I was thinking of making the eyes red. Would that go along that line?

Hmm... good ideas. I like original names so I'll probably pass on Incinerator or Blackout but Burnout isn't bad. Right now I'm leaning towards Scorcher unless I can find something better.
