This is getting interesting, i have plans to do this myself...sometime soon... i have all the figures i need to make it, just been busy to actully work on it, but for Jarugar im going to do something completely different, Cannot wait too see everything all painted up!

You know, when I first saw pics of this, I said to myself that the waist was just way too much. It was way too long, and threw off the awesome look that this piece had going.

BUT, now that I have seen it a few more times from different angles, I really like it. Its rare to see Transformers in different body types. Most of the Transformers we get nowadays are fit and in shape, but who is to say that there couldn't be a really skinny combiner?

However... that said, I still have to say the torso looks too long to me. Is there not a way to combine those two so the body isn't stretched out quite so much?

I'm not saying that there isn't another way to combine them, but if there is I haven't been able to stumble upon it  

Someone else posted in this thread a way to, but it doesn't seem to work and they haven't provided pictures yet.

would it be possible to mod energon stormjet in such a way that the fins on the sides of the cockpit in robot mode can fold flat agaisnt the sides of the nose cone when the figure is in robot mode and core body combiner mode?

if somebody here could perfect that custom mod i beleive it would then be possible to fold the fully extended legs up in front of the body with the legs beign set to each side of the chests central cockpit in corebody combiner form

as for energon barricade combining with stormjet i have found that barricade can attach wuite weel lto the back of energon stormjets lower body if you raise barricades arms overhead at the shoulders

it is quite easy to just plug barricades hands into placeover and around those hollowed out tubes on stormjets back while stormjet is in core body combiner mode then just lean barricade back a little bit at the hinged upper waist joint and hip joints to bring the upper body stormjet core body into proper alignment with the barricade lower body

then just rearange the backpack parts on energon barricade in whatever way you can
