This was the nameless, unofficial blue guy from the Rainmakers which ended up being my favorite of the 3. This was also 50% scratch-built, based on the Starscream Supreme class figure. Oh, and I currently have a Starscream Tetrajet in the works...  |

Is this the third Rainstormer? | Indeed, he really came out better than I thought he would for such a light blue....and I did in fact base him on the third Rainmaker, the blue one. 
His name, well, I scaled the internet and even asked around at Botcon and Hasbro themselves and nobody knew his name, he was never official. I did speak with an artist with IDW comics and he said he understood it to be Icestorm. I've heard so many different names for this guy but none that I could live with. My friend Zach from here on the boards came up with a really cool name "Cryostorm." I browsed the internet and found there's a band already named that, so I went with Icestorm instead. | |
