For Ironhide I painted his shoulders and elbows dark gray and his forearms red. I switched his inner chest with Ratchet's and I used yellow electrical tape for his stripe(the idea wasn't mine sorry I can't remember whose it was). I also chromed his weapon. I also used a silver marker on his face.

For Ratchet I painted his head crest dark gray, his forearms white and chromed his weapon. I also removed the front bumper and switched his inner chest plate with Ironhides.

On Prowl I just chromed his shoulder cannons and gave him a better autobot symbol.

On Sideswipe I took and left off his turbo engine because his original self didn't have it. I also chromed his weapon.

On Sunstreaker I chromed his weapon and his turbo engine.

There you have it simple but I think it makes them look a lot better, tell me what you think.

Seeing the internal "Autobot" plates swaped out does make them look significantly better, although I can't do that to my Ratchet as I held off Ironhide for the medic
The Yellow tape idea is BRILLIANT, though. Robot of Miracles: A Story of Second Chances Latest Unseen Stories Update: 11/21/09 "Robot of Miracles: Battlebots" |

With Ironhide and Ratchet, try swapping out the elbow joints. Give Ironhide Ratchet's red joints and vice versa. http://shop.ebay.com/somarriba333/m....&_trksid=p4340 |

Nice job dude.

But you did make the best of Hasbro's not so great color choices. |
