It'll look much better once I'm finished, and give it a good paint job to bring out the details (assuming I don't scrap it in the process).
My other one looks much better, though. ''Some men see things as they are and say why. I dream things that never were and say why not.'' - RFK; R.I.P. Ted Kennedy |

if the joint can hold a window, it can definitely hold on fort max. |

Or is his not considered "articulated"? | If we're thinking of the same one, his was a custom Fortress Maximus made out of Cybertron Metroplex (I think), whereas mine is using the actual G1 figure of Fortress Maximus.
F_R's definitely looks a lot more sleek and dynamic though. In the end, even if I'm successful, it'll still be a brick. Just an articulated brick, lol. ''Some men see things as they are and say why. I dream things that never were and say why not.'' - RFK; R.I.P. Ted Kennedy |

You have guts.
I'm in shock seeing one of Fort Max's arms off of his main body but at the same time I'm looking forward to seeing this massive figure evolve in to a fully articulated robot. |

I'll try to look for some good hinges today, won't have much time to work on it after today because we have family coming up for the weekend. So, it may be next week before I get to work on it some more.
I'm still going to sand down the edges so it turns more smoothly, but this basically shows the range of motion it'll have. ''Some men see things as they are and say why. I dream things that never were and say why not.'' - RFK; R.I.P. Ted Kennedy |
