Classics Runabout & Runamuck

I've wanted to do this ever since I saw F_R's a while back and I finally had the chance to finish them.

When I was coming up with a game plan on what I wanted to do to them,I remembered that while they almost look like twins in robot mode their vehicle modes were different cars.So I did a little research in my guide book and came to the conclusion that Runabout is a little bit more insane.Because of this I deceided to give his car mode a more aggressive look while giving Runamuck a more laid back look.

Runamuck:

I went ahead and shaved off the hood scoop, roof scoop and took off the wing.I accidently painted the headlights yellow after I removed them and put them on the paint table with the stuff to get painted yellow.I just forgot about them.I was going to take the paint off but the more I looked at them the more I liked them so I kept them on.

Runabout:

With him I wanted the aggressive look.I casted an extra CJ upgrade kit and threw on the front bumper and the wing.I didn't want the bumper to be exactly like the CJ one so I cut the lower part of the front bumper off.I then sculpted a rear bumper to help balance out the front and back.I had originally had him all black in car mode but didn't really like that look.I painted the grills a little brighter red just to kind of break up the darkness just a little bit.I figured that since I painted Runamucks headlights why not his.

Both of their heads are from a Bumper head I was lucky enough to score from Sculpt-Bot a while back.I went ahead and casted these so I would have some extras.I filled in the mouth area with some Apoxie sculpt and that's it.

I really like the way they turned out and I hope you guys enjoy them.
Thanks again to Frenzy_Rumble for the inspiration to build these guys.

While I still think the BB mold is a little too "Bubble car" for these guys, you really made this work! I especially love the work you did to differenciate the car-modes, it looks totally factory!

Great job!
