Hey, Everyone! Well, I am beginning to attack the Legends Class Devastator in my own custom. I have not painted anything as I am still in the planning stages....BUT.... I have decided to show you the one thing that I will definitely be adding to my figure. Some of you, if you're like me, thought the use of Hightower's Wrecking Balls as, well, BALLS in the movie was actually quite clever and funny. I have yet to see a Legends Devs custom WITH the balls, so I thought I post it to show everyone what they could look like on your figure if you decide to do it. SOOOO Sorry about the photo quality. We lost our camera cord so our camera is incapacitated. I had to use my wife's phone. Again, I have not Painted the balls, or the figure yet, and the clasps still need to be reworked on the chain connection to be symmetrical. Simple beads and chain from a hobby/craft store. This is the VERY EARLY stages of my WIP. But, still, thought I would share right away. Plan to have it finished in a month. I do not have as much time as others to work on it. But I will be posting pictures when I finish. Hope you like it (even if you didn't like the idea in the movie).
I didn't like the idea from the movie, but you've done a real good job with getting it at the right scale for the Legends Devy.
I figured I would have seen this already! Makes me very uneasy to see a hook in such close proximity to a set-up. Good show!
You are an evil, evil man. And i wouldn't have you any other way. Y'know, if you'd make the chains posable, they could serve as weapons attached to Overload's hands.
That's actually very cool idea! I was just going to attach them to Hightower in separated mode, but this idea may work too.
I can see it now, Devastator - "Let me hit you with my balls!" ugh, FAIL! As much as I hate the idea, you did a good job on it.
Wow, old thread. This project is on hold for a while. It will be done, just not soon. Supreme Devastator, Elita-1, and Pretender Alice will be first.
