That idea would actually be easier & smarter... :thumbs2:

I was wondering also if it would be possible to join the 3 parts of his hood & make very thin panels that would fit underneath the hood that would operate like the clavicle panels should... nice to see you're thinking on that idea as well...

Don't know if there's anything that can be done to the feet - especially since the figure transforms backwards, as far as the limbs are concerned (HA gets this right - where the shoulders are the front fenders & the ankles are the rear fenders), but I wonder if his feet could be extended by way of a hinge that would double their length (almost touching his groin in alt mode), but half their thickness, then restoring the thickness & proper length for the bot mode...

...then again, if the feet were too much bigger, then we'd have duckfeet on Skids & he'd lose some poseability...

    awesome Skids...

I changed from Blackout to Skids for my first custom after seeing this...

Could you post a tutorial on the floating panels on the front... I tried with the Mudflap balljoint from his doors but it was loose and I had no clearance underneath due to the wheel wells. Maybe an under the hood pic to see how you pieced it together...

I will post pics of my Skids after I have him painted and detailed...

    Rock on...

With those pivots, is it possible to rotate & drop the panels down further from the grill & rotate them to form his V-chest?

That would depend on the angle that you fix mudflaps ball joint to the panel, i chose to allow it to move in appose to down.

If anyone is after decals i can post them out for $10USD.
