He is a six-changer,which transforms into a tank, jet, radio, gun, an All Terrain Wolf-like tank, and his robot mode. Sorry for the poor paint because Im just 12 yrs old and I am new to painting. Thanks to Jin Saotome for the tutorial on how to dry-brush.Thanks Jin! I also put a pic of my new head for Dark Scorponok which is still a WIP. Sorry for the blurry pictures!
Wow, that looks like it took a lot of time. What's he made out of? I see some plastic joints underneath, but what did you use for those armored bits...doesn't look like plastic. Great first effort. It'll only get better from here with practice. Each custom you learn something new. My only suggestion with the scorpinok head sculpt would be to try and get it more "angular" to match the body, right now it's rather rounded and organic looking. Try to make it more angular and mechanical if you can.
very cool and inventive, keep up the practice and you'll be great one day, and I agree with Bruticus82 make the head sculpt like panels that have been put together
Creative use of the 1/144 Impulse Gundam. The painting should only get better as you go along. I like his shoulder cannon (well, i presume it's a cannon, anyway, if not a speaker of some sort). Very creative.
Thanks for the comment! Actually it is a Deathscythe Gundam which i broke many years ago. And yes it is a cannon.
Thanks! Actually when I bought it it is already there but I lost some of it's armor. The armor bits you see is the remains of my dreadful experiment when i was a kid. And it really didn't give me a pain and it only take a little time. The only pain is the painting time. And I will try to follow your tip on scorpinok's head. Thanks anyway!
Thanks for your comments! Because of you I will try to make my customizing and painting skills better. Thanks!
Oh, alright. Guess i need to dig out my old Gundam Wing dvd's again. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.
