wow....

That's the best bumblebee I've seen yet. The paintjob you gave the face is perfect. Closest I've seen to the movie model yet. In fact....

GIVE ME YOUR FACE!!!!!

Sorry... couldn't be helped. Very good work!

You mean, like this?

Yeah, like closetrat said, I just don't think it looks as good on the toy as it does on the movie model. Plus, I cannot for the life of me paint pinstripes to match those on the rest of the car.

Thanks man! I'm flattered that you think so. I'm sure you noticed that I cheated on the forehead autobot symbol. From far away no one can distinguish it from a blob of red paint anyway.

ya I noticed. Really I'm ok with cheats like that. The idea of it is there. I think the only person in the world who is disappointed is the guy who carves presidential busts into grains of sand. lol. I'm thinking of trying out those home printer decal sheets for things like that. Not sure how it would turn out though.

Man. I kinda like the stripes on the chest panel.... I might have to try than when I repaint mine. And blatantly copy your head paintjob.

Haha yeah custom decals are the way to go for the autobot symbol and license plate. One of our members, Flix, already did this with his BB. You can download the files he used to make the decals here.

Awesome! Once I pick up some stuff I might try that. If I remember right the toy has the wrong plate number though.. i'll have to check.

Definately going to do that roof mod. (makes mental note to pick up more magnets)

he he i nabbed some decals from an old 69 olds model i had! they'll go on as soon as the paints done! actually im redoing the whole chest and remaking that panel ,adding custom arms and custom legs with the wheel in the centre of his ankle! not to mention the roof now attaches to his back and it all still transforms! HEY BTW yoy can just cut the hand held gun/blade thing up and glue it back together to be more movie accurite so it then slides over his hand! and no need to mod his arm! mmmm i love modding! DANG i cant wait till paint stage! ..and thread stage!

I was also debating on whether to do the roof mod but decided not to because I kinda liked how the arms looked with the roof kibble.

Wow you've been busy. Are you using the TFTM1 Bumblebee or the ROTF version? I can't wait to see your take on him.
