One question for you Mampy. Did you repaint the truck parts or just outline the flames with the silver gel pen then coat it? If you did a complete repaint, how did you do the flames (ie-masking tape? F_r stencils?)
Thanks man! | I didn't repaint the truck parts, just did the pinstripes on the flames and added a whole lot of clear coat.  I would've liked to have repainted the truck, though. I'll save stuff like that for when I have an airbrush. |

I didn't really paint in them. Didn't like how the alt mode looked with gears behind the windshield so I opted to paint in the windshield with a dark tint.
I totally agree with that - this figure was such a pain to mask and prep for painting, and then there are so many different molded details.
But that's also what makes the figure fun to paint. It makes you so proud (and relieved) after you finish  |
