Large Scale G1 Prime

Update Time

Woohoo!! got the shoulder joint finished (Finally) here’s some progress pic’s.
These first two show the swinging joint that connect the chest piece to the shoulder, also the locking pin that will hold it in position

This is the barrel that does the shoulder rotation

and the locking pin for that on the other side

And a completed pic of the shoulder. the smoke stack is attached to the barrel locking pin (I've gone for the full size eye poking Takara stacks not the neutered Hasbro one's) and the screw looking thing is the pin for the shoulder.

And a shot of what I’ve done so far (Minus the hand that’s in the middle of a resize)

Still need to do a bicep to attach arm and shoulder, that will have rotation as well but need to put a locking pin into the elbow first.
Then on to the chest or maybe one of the blaster's don’t know if i can face doing the chest yet.

I'm still open to suggestion's for the communicator pic’s and any extra accessory’s, also i haven't decided on how to colour this yet.
It will either be a straight paint job or print textures on to coloured paper and laminate it on, I'm leaning towards coloured paper don’t know what paint is going to do to it. any ideas or tips will be greatly appreciated

Till next time folks

I'll be keeping an eye on this ambitious project... I'm amazed with the work you've already accomplished, and it's only an arm! -That you don't even think is perfect!
Keep up the work, I can't wait to see what you come up with!

HOT DAMN MAN THAT IS INSANE

KEEP U PTHE GOOD WORK MAN THAT ROCKS

have you considere using lego minibloxs to work with model wise?

i find it to be a good way to plan stuff out in a 3 dimensional manner especially when it comes to the technick sets
