#1 | | Decepticon Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 151 Location: Texas | ROTF Soundwave After Ravage I couldn't help but work on Soundwave. No major mods this time around as they really weren't necessary. I decided to go with a darker pewter color to keep the sort of low vis/space concept and not make it the same old boring silver. Paints used are a mix of Testors Model Masters and Createx airbrush paints.
C&C welcome.
I also made the stand out of some random parts left in my kibble bin. Works out surprisingly well IMO.   My portfolio |

I'm actually surprised at how well this one turned out. If I have this much luck with my next few projects I might actually work up enough courage to tear into my Prime....
Glad you guys like the stand. Not bad for something cobbled together from parts of an old Monogram model kit, Armada superpants prime, and an old record player. lol. (and the faction logo from Ransacks package).  My portfolio |
