So I figured I'd post this in Radicons, as there's no Radicon Gourmet Section!
This " Gee Wun Caketimus Prime" was made for the 2009 TFW NH lake bash, as both a Bash Cake, and served as a belated birthday cake for both Lupis Convoy and Optimist Prime, and for transformers in general ( 25th anni!)
Total build time was 6 hours ( 3hours prep time, 3 hours fondant building)
Built by myself 3B and Mrs. 3B
Materials
3- 6" x 9" Triple chocolate fudge ( Duncan Heinz) cakes
2 boxes of industrial fondant
half a bag of powdered sugar ( to work the fondant like Playdough)
1 Box of concentrated food coloring ( We started with white base fondant)
half a box of Double Stuffed Oreo's chocolate cream filling.
1 can of buttercream frosting
6 toothpicks
Pro's: Fondant tastes like Marshmallow! Lupis and Optimist's facial expression when i said it was for them!
Cons: Poking holes in cookie/fondant rims, and the smokestack and gas tank attachment!
