1. is fondant easy to work with? Yes, after you get the color right. just roll it out and cut it up, use lots of powdered sugar, and just wet the seams to close it in.
2.Faction symbols? I wanted a cake top logo, but nobody had the symbols in stock. that and we ran out of red!!! 
3. Yes it was delicious!! just the trailer fed a group of 12+ people. now just the cab is in my freezer.
I do wish i had more time to go full detailing, but i got to a point where i knew if I kept working on it I wouldn't want to eat it. Next one I do will be a bit more planned out, but you can't beat the fact that we didn't really plan for it at all till 11pm the night before.
