"gun metal" works pretty good, thats what i used when i started painting figues.
i my case i used normal paint from hobby shop,(double star paint) try mixing a little bit of light blue with silver and burnt metal, it really feels like an alien metal
i unscrewed the chest piece but didnt seem to come off, what did you do ??yank it out ?
i'm obsessed to finish the repaint with the chest piece painted ....but still can't find a way.. |
unscrew the windshield bit and take those gears out. paint them. put them back how they were. (and.. I failed to do this perfectly..coz I dont think I put my gears as they were but the toy works still ok...) Thanks for the tip for mixing up some paint to creat metallic red and blue. might not have to buy one from the shop. |
