Great man! But wow, I would be so terrified doing THAT much modding to a toy! Though if I do pick up Grindor, I may try this out.
New to repainting figures. This is my first attempt and I would love some feedback!

I cant thank you enough for the tutorial and pix, for my 1st custom I just did about 80% of these mod.s to my grindor and he looks amazing. I've just got 1 question, how did you make the peg and socket for the rotor?

thx,

i used one of those iron pegs from the inside propeller mechanism and made a 2 mm hole in the plastic so they stick together.
using 2 small magnets might might be a better solution though. you might want to come up with something more solid ..think it over first.

I'm really glad that you said this because thats the 1 solution that I thought that I could do. However I guess 2 magnets could work, this is my first time making a custom so bear with me. Just curious, in your opinion, I like grindor's paint scheme better than blackout's sooo...any suggestions on types/colors of paint to use to enhance his deco. but retain the color scheme?
