Alternators Rewind and Eject

By far the most extensive and involved of the customs that I had "forgotten" about. These guys were built up from 2 of the Alternators Rumble figure. I put some modified Grimlock heads on them, put some appropriate paint apps on, and then tackled the arm mods. The arms do allow for transformation, but they are DAMN TIGHT in the passenger compartment. (Which, IIRC, was the reason I set these guys aside a while back: frudstration over getting the arms to work!) I modified the weapons , so they attach to the arms, (G1!)
These guys have to go too! I needs me some more movie figs!

Thanks for looking and enjoy!

Damnit man, you're on a roll. I own three Alternators in total, and none are touched in terms of modifications ><

Not really on a roll, just finally had the motivation to finish some old projects! They were all close to completion, and just needed a few finishing touches. The funny thing is, as I was wrapping them up, I was making note of how differently I would do the project now, as opposed to how I did them a year ago...wierd how techniques evolve!

I recently did the same with some old 1/24th and 1/25th model kits. It's fun to see how one's skills evolve, and sometimes change altogether, over time. Not to mention, as you eluded to, how ideas/tactics change making a project's outcome completely different.

Is that what the estimate comes out to through UPS? I will look into other shipping methods, and get a more accurate cost. Paypal just has no protection for sellers when they ship internationally through the USPS, so I am stuck with UPS, FED Ex, or DSL.
