#1 | | Mini-Con Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 16 | Lugnut Supreme (First Timer) My first build not a transformer.it is more just figure. wish I had the skills to make it transform but this is a start.

He is large 14.5 inch and made of wood. wish I knew how to work with styrene but I have worked with balsa before.

Working with styrene is really not much different than working with wood (in my opinion, it's easier than wood). You just find the right sizes/pieces/sheets, and build it up, sand it out, and slap some paint on it. But the artist in me says to work with whatever you feel comfortable with and ease into other things. Excellent work on this--it kinda gives off an "Animated-style" Centurion Droid (like those from the old G1 "The Key to Vector Sigma"). Keep up the great work--hope to see more from you, man. |
