Did you purchase Knockout? Was he given to you? Do his panels fall off like skin from a leper?! Well have no fear cause it's an easy fix.... The panels themselves have holes inside the pegs that fit within the leg. All you have to do is put a screw in there. You want the screw to be tight enough so that the panel isn't loosey goosey but just loose enough so that you can still rotate it for transformation. With one hole I found that the screw just drove itself in but the other needed a little cohersing. For this I just pulled the panel out and widened the hole slightly by rotating a blade on the inside edges of the upper portion of the hole. That's it! -Two left over screws -One screw driver -an x-acto And viola! Just make sure your screws aren't too long.
Thanks for the tip, Death333. But instead I used dark screws (that I broke off at the end) because they match the color of the lower legs. I bought my Knock Out at Walgreens a week before the release date and to my disappointment, the hole that held the panel on the right leg was loose. I was planning to buy a new one with a good hole at Wal-Mart but now thanks to you, I've saved at least $10 for me buy other upcoming Transformers action figures.
alternatively, you could just un-peg them and attach them to his wheel behind his head to make wings...
Yeah, heard about this along time ago. Bllech, parts-forming. I tried this, didn't work. The post holes are loose so they don't hold at all on mine (JP version) and my roomies is the same way, he has the US version. Thanks though.

I wonder if this problem is on the Reverb repaint. I plan on picking that guy up instead of Knock Out (Classics Go-Bot Reverb is just calling me!), but I will be making this mod to him if he doesn't have this problem fixed.
Tiny ones, lol. But seriously, I didn't measure them. I have a box full of left over parts from doner toys. I simply match the head size up to the hole to make sure it wouldn't sink in and then measured the length by having the panel in the leg and making sure the screw wasn't longer than the leg is wide.
ROTF Reverb is, like Autobot Burnout said, a Decepticon repaint of ROTF Knock Out. So it stands to reason that Reverb would have the same leg panel problem that can be fixed using Death333's advice.
It's not unheard of to have a fix done on a later release of a mold but I think the chances of them putting the pins in are slim. Still, possible.
Just curious, but i own one too and besides fixing the leg panels, what is the best way to fix the loose waist peg/hole thingy?
I find removing them to make Transforming a lot easier. Although I like the idea of this fix, I won't be using it.
*facepalm* I'm not sure you read my post all the way (and who are you even directing it to? ). I said I HOPE those pannels are pinned in on the repaint, but since they can form wings aparently, I'm not to bumed out if they aren't.
I would recommend numerous coats of superglue around the peg, not the hole, for the waist. Putting glue around the hole would only make things all wonky for the seat/arms to clip in. As for me, I see no need ti fix this as mine holds together. It doesn't clip in but it does hold together.
