I managed to move his head up and give him a neck that has the same range of motion as a ball joint. No need to post a tutorial now! Well, I guess you still could for others who might want to try it.
For my neck mod, I used a hip joint from Marvel Legends 2-packed Mr. Fantastic. All I need to do now is add a little bit of glue, some Aves Epoxy, and paint! Also, I find that using the light-piped cockpit window from The Fallen's alt mode serves as a good chest-gap filler. |

If you want to take it a notch up, you can get all kinds of flame attachments from those Marvel Human Torch figures, which are transparent , and soft.
Thinking about doing it with mine, but wanted to see people with more experience do it first hehe
