I'm sure there's a way to do all that, but having an LED in a head is pointless to me if it's only activated for 3 seconds.

 

Its not so much about keeping the light up feature, i just can't stand seeing the back of the head with all the gaps and unused screws haha... ah well.

 

Oh, i still have the back of the head on there, I just took it off so you could see the ball joint.

Also, I never posted it, but I did come up with fully articulated hands for megatron, they aren't accurate, but I like it much more than the stock hand, also redid the entire gimp arm, so its much more regular looking.

Question about the murder arm on yours though, do the "thumb" halves split and unfold, or are they permanently mounted as is? I just got the figure today, and I hate it... So I'm making it my own. Now I just need to give him an elbow, and if the halves on yours slipt that mod, along with finding an junker movie 1 megs for a left arm, and awaaaaay iiiii go!!

 

Permanantly mounted, I want to go back to the murder arm and fix it, after seeing the film I saw that the claw is actually pretty thin compared to mine.
The murderarm is a must though SO much cooler than the lame turret arm. imo.

Fer sure. Once its finished, I'll post it. I was on the fence about buying the figure, but after a paint job, some mods, and a new arm, he'll be cool as hell. I'm keeping the folding turret part intact though so that he still look ok in tank mode.

 

maybe for tank mode,see if you could put holes in megatron's gun arm,then add the wings from the "transformers energon" megatron.see if that works

Hey can you do a tutorial for the murder arm. Plus can you take a picture of the face of megatron please so i know were to glue the head fins?
