This project original started as a different, original character. But as I began to get into it, I became very dissatisfied - it was not looking like what I intended it to. So, I decided to turn into what it was looking like - Faith, from Mirror's Edge.

The arms+hands, and legs came from a Marvel Legends Wasp. The torso, feet, and head came from Marvel Legends 2-packed Domino. I sculpted the tank top, elbow bracer, and hair onto it using Aves Epoxy (a product I learned about through Jin Saotome). This figure is obviously unfinished. I'm going to make real pants for it, and paint the solid parts of the figure, etc.

I know. I just tried to fix that with "Go Advanced". I'm not sure if it worked.

Very nice work. I like it!

Your paint work looks nice and clean. Your sculpting mods are nice, too.

    Good stuff!

i never played the full version of the game but i played the demo through about 10 times. best first person game out there i think. they did a great job at making you think you were actually the person instead of feeling like you were a floating head.

anyway great figure. makes me wish they made an official one for her when the game was out. even then it probably wouldnt of looked as good as this one does. great job man.

Neat! I had some vague plans for making Faith right after playing the game. Maybe I should revisit them.

I'd go with a more dynamic hair sculpt though. Even if she's just standing, she'd normally be somewhere windy.

    yes you should

I agree, but sculpting the hair was really tedious and obnoxious. The epoxy wasn't cooperating with me.
