This guy has taken Way too long to paint & reduced me to little more than a lurker round here but finaly he`s finished. Heres what i`ve done. Used Movie Protoform prime parts to add some extra bulk to the robot mode legs & torso,Removed the mane from the back of the head & attached it with magnets further back,resculpted the head to add a little more detail to the sides,made some mane launchers from cut down Movie BB`s launchers & Hollowed out the redundant battery compartmant so they can be stowed away. Finaly i`ve filled a ton of screw holes. The Maximal symbols are waterslide decals made by Primusx1. Paint wise i wanted a more realistic white Lion look. Lio convoy was painted with Games Workshop Acrylics (Mainly Bleached Bone,Skull White,shining Gold,Blood red & Regal Blue)
Ok for t the record, I hate this mold, I REALLY hate Lio Convoy repaints of this mold. BUT HELLL YEAH THIS IS AMAZING!!!! You made this work. You made this good! PLEASE tell me you're gonna auction him! D/L
love this man. the details are frikin insane. I envy your ability with detail, lol. Saw it over at sector70 a little while earlier. Although it's supposed to be like it is, I think the blue prime head kinda clashes color-wise while in bot mode...but like I said, it's supposed to be blue. Never knew there was such awesome detail in the mane. This figure really suits your style of the WH type. Excellent shit man.
HOLY SH!T! Dude, that is wicked. I like how you make it into Lio Convoy the colors and all those details...geez those are sweet. Please tell me how did you do the mouth? because I like to do that on my leo prime, but hopefully without too much damage. If any thanks.
now that i would buy....i got the nemesis breaker and leo breaker version of this mold and they are alright, but i would snatch that up in a heartbeat i love the japanese BW Convoys
I just got leo prime a little while ago and it got me thinking of this bash, then I come here and guess wat, my mind got completly blown away. this is amazing. the level of detail is huge I didn't know so much detail was on this fig or any tf for that matter. top work as always. I expect something huge after this thing from you lol
dude as soon as i knew Universe Leo Prime was coming out i dared dream he would be in these colors. and although i do love the universe paint scheme i must say ive thought of getting a commision done of him in exactly that scheme maybe with less panel lining but im still loving what youve done
