About the LEDs, I snipped of the crappy lights and used plastic fusion to connect the led to the wires. Didnt want to experiment with my soldering kit at this point.
I then enlarged a hole at the base of the neck to fit the led properly, shaved some plastic off below the neck holder. Did some shaving within the head too so that everything fits well. Worked like a charm  | |
