And here it is, my first heavy mod. I based this Cy-Kill on his original MR-01 toy counterpart ( STA: Gobots: MR-01 "Cy-Kill"). I used the Super Gobot version as a comparison in the photos below.

My painting still needs work. I tried giving the cap on his head an amber color by mixing Tamiya clear yellow with a dab of Model Master International Orange. I used Folk Art's metallic blue for the legs and forearms. I don't know if you can see it, but there's a nice little reflection going on between this and the chrome. The red tends to bounce off the latter as well.
I hope everyone enjoys these photos in the meantime. It's been a joy working on him, although I honestly think this project took too damn long (almost 3 months). But I guess that's what work, having a girlfriend, and getting distracted by side projects will do to you.
