Does it make the transformation any trickier?
Heh heh... sorry for all the questions.  I just remember trying to map out how I could do the same thing, and it seemed like it would be an awkward placement.

No probs dude, I actually had your original concept as my computer screen wall paper for a week so it'd inspire me to get it done.
The doors glue in really well and doesn't interupt the transformation at all, the only cutting I had to do was the pegs left on the arms which held the doors. I still have to fill the little peg section in with styrene. |

Desktop Wallpaper, eh? That's not a bad idea... lord knows I spend enough time staring at this screen every day. It might as well be telling me to do something productive.

#25 | | Predacon Join Date: Dec 2004 Posts: 475 | Looks great! Just a note if you haven't worked with the Silverbolt mold before: the red parts of the arms take paint very poorly. You'll probably need to file them down a bit so they can take a thick enough coat. |
