For ease, I'm compressing this main post down to the basics and the most recent WIP picture. (And the one above just because I find it entertaining.)
TL;DR: Working on a Vector Prime cosplay. Aiming to have it done in time for TFCon.
UPDATE 5/4/2009: Friend let me use her pictures - well, here they are in all their fail glory! XD

Anyway, love the idea (the penmanship on your decolletage looked really close to the writing on Barricade's fender - great job on that) & think this one looks like it's moving along nicely...
Are you gonna wear a mask with this one, or leave it open (I think open looks more fun), and would like to see more of the Barricade costume, as I can't tell whether it has any dimension or it's flat (if flat, you really should consider making it 3D if you have the energy after this one...)
