Long time no see fellow Radicons! My job has killed my custom time but I put in a little each day and this is one of the pieces that I was working on: Well this is what I've been working on since Jan my second Batman TF. I put just a little time into him each day and am pretty happy with the end results. This is his Batman mode. I gave him a leather cape that connects to his back and under his pits. The head is from a Batman and Robin Ice Armor Batman. Everything was painted black then each of his seem lines were filled with a transparent/ metallic blue mix. Bats front end can convert into a shield / grappling hookshot!
I am very impressed, I was thinking about doing the Kingdom come style. Love the fabric cape that looks great.
I really Really REALLY like everything about this guy... except the cape, the textured stuff looks weird to me. Other than that great freakin job, I really like this mold for you Batman crossover stuff the best.
Yeah, the cape could do with a replacement that's smooth. It never occurred to me before, but this mould really works well for a batmobile.
Shinobi, you hit the jackpot with this one. I like it using TFA Blurr for Batman very ingenius. I can't say about the cape, but you had your reasons. All and all you did a helluva great job.
This one takes the cake...far better than the Lockdown mold (but that one was well done though). I really like the shoulders and the shield/bathook. nice job!
Good to see you back around man....missed seeing your works. Nice way to make a appearance too....I like this one just as much as the first version you did.
I can't say that I would have thought of this. I was leaning towards going with a Mach 5 interpretation of this mold myself. By the way, what's your brother up to? A few of us are going to see Watchmen this weekend, would he be interested in coming with us? Just let me know if is and we can work out details.
I totally agree. Without the cape, this is very similar to Alex Ross' design for the Batbots seen in Kingdom come. Very cool! I think this would also turn out very well. It just needs the point on the hood and you're very close to the Mach 5.
