Hmm...I don't even know whether this can be qualified as a mod as I did very minimal mod like putting on some hands, that's all and some different arrangement for the Gestalt mode. So....here goes.











The hands I used were Kotobukiya M.S.G (Modelling Suppot Goods) Hand Unit A 1/144 scale.

 

Wow, these look nice. You plan on doing the same with Bruticus and Devastator? Also, a link to where you can normally get these hands?

Edit: Googled them. Damn, they are pricey.

 

Getting Bruticus next week so yeah, I'll be all over it. Unfortunately I do not have a Devestator, so until then..

my only complaint is having the "extra" legs sticking straight up off the shoulders. Not that that'd be hard to "fix".   I'd just like to SEE this set somewhere... (or friggin' Inferno for that matter!)

 

I love this set and the alt transformation. I am hoping to find one of these, but they are quite expensive.

Actually the set has 2 sets of ball joints that you can customise on the hands. The 1st set is the smaller balljoint that theother slightly bigger. What I did with this Superion was I ignored the balljoint and superglued the hands with unused runners from Gundam kits. And it fits like a glove.

I was shooting for the X configuration kinda like extended laser arms on Superion for some added firepower.

Anyway, I'd like to see this added to the tutorials section. There are a lot of people here, even non-kitbashers, that would love to try this.

 

You could go for this configuration if you like.   Then TCracker's version could work as a 'battle mode' configuration.

Ki1983ng!   Seriously credit should go to you as you inspired me to look at my Superion in a different configuration.  

That could work meaning, I am leaning more on Alt hands, I have RID Prime and Magnus with me and belive me, I did try on Superion, but to does not look right somehow (IMHO) and it is a little too big to be proportionate to the arm (not that Superion is correctly in proportion to begin with).

Wow... nice mod/alternate transformation. It's similar to my old Superion variation in the use of the legs, but the arms are something new!

I have the first set, but these guys are calling out to me too. I don't mind those extra legs sticking up... they seem like flight verniers or something. Decorative cool looking fin things.  

Wow... ANOTHER variation for the arms. To think I used to consider these arms to be most useless Energon combiner limbs of them all. This makes THREE cool-looking configurations, and I think I like these better than mine.
