Threw together some upgrades for Defensor. This thread is in conjunction with the earlier, original one:

The forearm removes and is replaced with the arm cannon!
Also seen is the chest, made from the G1 parts.

love how you worked in the gun but im not feeling the chest plate it just looks too small

 

yeah, i think i goofed on the chest plate. I might rework it, might not. it's an extra idea that came too late.

the arm cannon is a cool idea F_R. Have you thought about possibly modding the cannon so it can actually shoot water? That would be a very cool extra for Defensor.

the chest peice needs to be just a little longer i think IMO, but all together it still looks real amazing F_R!

 

Gun is epic win, chest plate not so much.

Man that is pure awesome, what do you think is next on the table for you? Pradaking, Abominus, Liokaiser,Superion, Computron, Dinoking? God I can only imagine what you could do with any of those

 

I"m building a super-sized extreme Predaking. he's next. Then abominus. Both are commissions.

I got some awesome ideas for a ridiculous Computron, so might be doing him next (for self)

You know anything with Prime parts in it gets my full support!

love the gun...the chest piece is small but like how you incorporated it in bringing it back to its g1 roots....

I gotta agree the chest is small, but that cannon is wicked. So all and all that is the only flaw I've seen.

 

I really like both the chest plate and the arm cannon. Home run imo  

 

Agreed! While the chestpiece looks small-ish. I would not change it! It looks small in my opinion, becuase Defensor is kinda barrel chested. If it were enlarged it may inhibit shoulder movement!  

 

Nice work FR. I like this 2nd right after your Dev. You have really gotten this method of combiners down pat. Good job at making the voyager arm look comparable to the scout arm. As always, your paint job is killer.
