So, first I must give credit to samm4c for showing us all how an extra front lip can really make this oft-done conversion really shine. My version here borrows a few of his mods, but I made sure it was different enough too. This is actually my second version of this Wheeljack...the first was ebayed a few months ago as I wanted to change a few things.
Anyway, the front car lip, spoiler extensions, robot mode "wings", and new head parts are all styrene. The ears still fold up for transformation too, and the wings clip undernearth in vehicle mode...no leftover parts here.
The decals are all custom made just for this conversion, and feature the corrected "Alitalia" spelling.

    Thanks for looking!

Thanks! Can't beat Fusion white as far as I'm concerned.

It's a heavily modified Sunstreaker head.

The parts are made of Styrene huh...

I know what it is but I've never actually messed with it before...

What's the texture of Styrene? How easy is it to use? Where do you get it?(what I really need to know, cause I may start using it for my own mods after seeing this)

But seriously Great work! Wheeljack has always been my favorite Autobot.

Just like your Seaspray, I think this is the best Wheeljack I've seen so far. The work you did on his head is fantanstic, by far the best custom WJ head I've seen. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the triangle that shoots up from the back fender area in front of the back tire

Cool mods and really great paint job! Painting white is usually a pain in the neck... Very well done. Isn't that head from Armada something...can't remember his name...
