Ok! Just managed to finish up some parts of my Movie Prime. Presenting Battle Roller. Heh. I was in a hurry to take some pictures of him that I've forgotten to gloss him up. That's gonna be taken care of first thing tomorrow morning! Anyway, this toy had some really loose joints from the box. I dripped some super glue to tighten them. He was given a pair of fists from a Gundam figure. I chose the slightly bigger fists as after some comparison, I kinda liked the bigger one better than those that fit him nicely. He was also given a random gun that I found within my gundam box. I use hobby and tamiya acrylic paints. Been playing with some tamiya enamels and humbrol paints as well recently.
I like the picture of him transformered looking like a motorbike, he kinda reminds me of the episode "Prime Problem" where soundwaves used the cassette drone to go look at the mysterious crystals at the bottom of the canyon. Very creative there Sab's! Great paint work too!! I like the shiney.
Ahah! You're right!!! The fists just snapped on perfectly well even without any additional mods! I swear I'm gonna treasure those bags of Gundam parts even more after this!
man I sure do wish that they had actually styled that toy to FIT IN with the Masterpiece line *sigh* I love your paint job though, and totally agree that it really only fits with the Movie line.
Thanks guys! And SQ, when I opened this fella from the box, I was initially skeptical about it. I mean, it looks so small and plain. After just a few minutes though, I was just amazed at how versatile it can be! Simply amazing.
