Home for Thanksgiving, I finally had time to make this guy, Swoop.
I'm taking him and the Grimlock I made months ago and lumping them into the new group "Alternate Reality" A simple What-If where the Dinobot's alt-modes were vehicles rather than robots.
In other words, im too lazy to come up with a back story.
Swoop was made from a Bandai D.I.C.E. Hoverptera figure, and believe you me, this thing was hard to find.
Color scheme is based a little on both the G1 figure and G1 cartoon version.
Oh yeah, I think it's supposed to turn into a hover bike. Im not entirely sure what it is, but it looks cool...
Battle Beasts are the grizzled, battle-hardened antecedents to Pokemon, who shake their heads disapprovingly at the cutesy scions of today before pickling their disgust with a bottle of bourbon, sitting in the darkness and staring moistly into the middle-distance while faint echoes of dying comrades grace their ears as if in a waking nightmare.

I remember when you did the Grimlock I thought "wow, that's really thinking outside of the box" and making another dinobot just adds to the story. They both look great. Ideas on any of the other dinobots?
Jukebox Prime's Imagi Nation to return in the (hopefully) not too distant future...

Wasn't super digging these guys when I first saw them. A second look over and yeah, they are awesome. They look great together. Painting is done well, they have a very metallic while still cartoonish look, Id pick them up in a heartbeat. Im not familiar with the line but I hope you can make a full set.
Ps I still want to see your . . . other one. |

Thanks for liking it, I'm pleased with the way he turned out. As for the other Dinobots, they're a possibility. The base figures are really tough to come by, as I only stumbled on the two I have by sheer luck.
I know for a fact however that they did make a triceratops/tank and a stegosaurus/something. I'm keeping a lookout for them. Quote: |

Seeing your Frenzy/Rumble and Rumble/Frenzy duo really made me step it up a notch and work on this guy. There's just a few minor details that need painted on and then he'll be set. He should be up in the next few days.
Keep on the look out!
