I know gundam guys like to panel line with black but to give a more realistic depth to this color, you should only panel line a few click darker, not dark brown.
I mean, it's a huge improvement, but the focal point is now the panel lining. |

If I ever get this figure cheap, I will do a dark tan wash with flat light tan dry brushing. I think that would really make this figure stand out.
I saw a Boxing commercial and it said "It's a fight to the finish" Thats a good place to end.

I would have preferably used citadel black ink to fill it in...and then maybe add some rivet rust, it would look pretty neat if you did. Maybe you should try some rust colours on the rivets?
