EDIT: Umm...why are the [IMG] tags disabled? I tried posting one of my own emoticons (shrugging shoulders) at the end of the first sentence, and it just posted a link... |

We want your images attached so that when you clean your photobucket or rearrange it it doesn't break links. look at darn near any thread older than january and you'll see what I mean. Radicons aren't limited to just Transformers. . . .

Don't know what you're talking about. I think that will be really really sharp in the end dude. It seems like it could use just the tiniest bit of added detail somewhere, but not sure where. I don't want to overload it with detail, but if you've got ideas, please show them!!
(Just keep them off the joints, as I will not paint them!! ) |

Keep in mind I have very minor sculpting "skills", not alot of money (for buying different paints), won't paint joints, and not alot of time to spend on this (it's looking to be a once a week type thing )...
Also, I don't want the vehicle mode to deviate from a blue 350Z. But play with the 'bot mode, please! |

The head works as good as I was hoping - I'm worried, though, how easily it'll TF once I've added his "ears"...especially since I had to grind down his ridge, in order to get the head to fit through the hole, and in alt. mode...
I also gave him Sunstreaker's hands, too.
Next step (after the ears) is filling in the holes on the roof, where the lightbar came out, and attaching that panel to the roof, and the roof to the arm inside (the screw from the lightbar was holding everything together).
I keep going back and forth, forth and back, and I've finally decided that I'm going to be hand-painting him. I've had too much bad luck with sprays.
So, once I've removed the black, I'll dismantle, sand any edges that will rub (I'll sand the whole thing, but I do not want paint coming off during TF or posing), and paint!! |
