This is my SWTF Millennium Convoy. This first time I saw the Turbo Tank, I felt that it would make a good Prime, not Optimus, Rodimus or Sentinel, but some other previous Prime. He is a counter to my SWTF Megatron. For basic fighting he has the hand held cannon and lightsaber. But when more firepower it needed, the wings flip up to reveal missile launchers, the cannon attaches to his shoulder, the pistol comes out of his hip holster and his shoulder wheels open to reveal 6 mini cannons. Enter Battle Mode Millennium Convoy! I used a head from a dollar store Optimus-like robot and molded the missile launchers from Universe Nemesis Prime (aka. Big Convoy). The lightsaber is a spare from a SWTF Anakin Jedi Starfighter that I am using for a SWTF Goldbug bash. I used a custom mixture of black and silver for the main color. I used blue, red and yellow accents to give the impression that he is similar to Optimus Prime. I felt that using blue and red as accents instead of the main colors were the way to go to keep the figure looking believable. Also, I didn't want this to be just another Optimus Prime. One reason I didn't want it to be Optimus Prime is because in my SWTF mythos, there is no Matrix so there is no such thing as a Prime. In my mythos, the whole reason the Death Star is created as a defense against Unicron since there is no Matrix. I feel that Millennium Convoy is a cross between Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus and Big Convoy.
this is what SWTF should have been. I would have been all over X-wings that turned into say.. sideswipe and sunstreaker. brilliant ideas all of these that youve made!
