So I went ahead and did the mod on this guy. My question is what's a good color of blue to use to match the head to the rest of the body.

I painted his arms black and plan on painting the back of the head red like the original generations figure.

Also I was looking to possibly add the visor look to cover up the original eyes. What would a good material be to make the visor?

The first two pictures are my custom and third is the original to show off what I was going for

You might be also able to cut away the face from the original toy, remove the face from the headmaster figure and graft the original onto the headmaster figure.

That's a good idea but due to the size difference I don't think it would work.

I really like the look of the Titan Master face, I just wanna find a way to add a visor look and then match the blue to the rest of him.

I also wish that add on kit would finally release with the new chest. I'm also thinking of touching up the yellow paint on him and possibly adding some more

I heard awhile back they were gonna do all the bodies later. Hope this is true. Nice work on the mods

Buy the loudmouth titan master to use the face. It's what the generations head was ultimately based on.

Tamiya Light Blue might be a good color match for the rest of the blue plastic. You might be able to use some sheet styrene to make the visor, but I'll second the Loudmouth idea for a more "Nightbeat" face. The Nightbeat one feels more like Cheetor or another kitty-bot.

If you get the Japanese Takara Nightbeat head (he comes with Rewind, then you won't have to match the blue, just make a red visor for him.

So I was thinking of buying his gun off shapeway

    https://www.shapeways.com/product/9ZDJ3ASBJ/generations-nightbeat-rifle?optionId=43629105

I also noticed that the g1 toy had a yellow chest and legs so wasn't sure if I should buy the chest piece off shapeways as well to go with the more accurate colors.

Still hunting for a blue color to repaint his headmaster to match if anyone has any suggestions for the color. I tried the Tamiya sky blue and it was actually to dark. I haven't tried the light blue yet cause the only hobby shop that carries Tamiya paints was out. I was gonna see if testors model masters had a close enough color

I have that same set on the way. Let me know what paint you use to match the blue. I also too his legs apart to paint yellow to match the look. Tried to just paint them first but the black would show through to easy to i hit it with primer before the yellow.

Hopefully his legs are ready tomorrow. If they bubbles might need to sand them out first then repaint. Finally I'll hit it with a couple coats of clear

I think I may have found some paint to match it. Might need to mix in a little white to lighten it up.

But I wanted to ask, what's a good way to spray paint the legs? I'm using Tamiya yellow spray paint and when I lay them flat it gets spotty and gets stuck to the surface I paint on. I've see. Where people get like half ball of styrofoam and put tooth picks in to suspend them and it works great, but these are heavier pieces than what a toothpick could hold

I've heard Beezleboss is just one guy pretty much running the show. Anyone confirm? That would explain a lot.

Still if he is he should focus on getting them out not more and more concepts and no products.

Last thing I recall seeing was the bumblebee/goldbug heads
