Small repaint, head swap and cannon added  
I chose the g1 toy scheme as inspiration(always liked that version most).
Car mode is the same as Drift's sans the spoiler, and I added grey trim.

There's nothing poor about it. Also, your version isn't super expensive and a nightmare to transform!
