Inspired by Cloudballon's cool CW Megatron foot mod, I thought I'd revisit my decommissioned Leader Megs to see what mods I could cobble up for him using whatever fodder I happened to have laying around. Using pieces from Constructbots Optimus Prime, I came up with a very simple shoulder mod to address Megatron's funky looking shoulder joints, some plug in pieces to thicken his legs, and a foot mod that gives Megs both a 5mm port and a ball socket cup at his ankles to accept any foot that has either a 5mm post or a ball joint of some sort. Articulation is not hindered at all, and the pieces all pop off easily to allow normal transformation. Posting pics for now and will do a quick how-to when I have more time... he's wearing Combiner Wars feet right now, but I'll be modding and painting some Victorion feet for him to give him rocker ankles. Constructbots OP pieces used: shoulder covers (dremeled out to slide over CW Megs shoulder posts), forearm covers, and feet.
You need to just cut out and widen the middle of it so it'll slip right on top of Meg's shoulder post between his chest and shoulder. See the attached photo.
Meg mods I like how "beefed up" his chest looks with those pieces covering his usual skinny/flimsy lookin shoulder joints. Thanks for sharing.
Like the chest upgrade and the legs but the feet not so much cause it makes them look even skinnier somehow XD
