Hi, just practicing painting before I jump into other projects.
I always thought the robot heros cutesy look kind of place the characters in a earlier stage of their existence ...like in training or high school. So I wasn't to concerned with not using the appropriate molds for the characters, although similar in ways. I did however try to add some small details to pay homage to the OC's.
So Kup has just enlisted with the cybertronian armed forces, and Nemesis is the high school bully.

*edit* had to use a old picture for Nemisis' sword, can't find it at the moment.

Let me know what you think!

Well, Tap Out is dark Blue-Green with a Cliffjumper head (as opposed to a Bumblebee clone), and the helmet horns are irrelevant - no one knows what a "young" Kup looks like, so of course the OP took creative liberties with what he has, like all customizers do.

Personally, I like how these turned out! Both of the characters look "cute" which, IMO, is how younger TF characters should look to convey a less experienced/newbie appearance.

Thanks WG, this really was more about practicing painting then trying to be super true to the OC.

I probably could have thinned my paint a little more.
I still have a few robot heros mold to play with. Any ideas for :

2x optimus ( ones pointing, the other with the matrix )
    Unicron
    Mirage
    Ravage

    Thanks for the input everyone.

    Those look pretty neat!

Good options for Optimus would be SG Optimus and Nemesis Prime.
If the Ravage is the G1 version, you could go with SG Ravage/Glit, or Howlback/"Microcassette Robo Jaguar". :)
Not sure about ideas for the other two.
