one of many side projects cobbled together when I get frustrated doing bigger projects, super deformed gundam style g1 optimus prime. fully posable feet,legs,elbows,arms,wrists,head,etc. it started out as a sd gundam figure that was butchered down to the basic bot frame,then had a knock off wannabe lego kit optimus butchered and melded to it.the new cup ball joint in his head is actually a fist lopped off from a junker bw transmetal optimus(blue/purple metallic surfboard riding ape). his two cannons are cut down and altered from a pvc heroes of cybertron powermaster ginrai that was missing a leg anyways lolz.... when you twist his waist his right arm raises to shoot(original function in the donor sd gundam bot) all hollows were filled and weighted to ensure good balance/posing. rubber tires and rims are cut from a matchbox semi truck toy. the sparkles/glitter in his eyes is thanks to one of my daughters sparkly nail clear polishes lolz....first time trying to implement it into a custom... with another sd gundam one of the attached images is just before paint work began,along with what the ko wannabe lego optims looked like as I bought three different funny colors/sets.
