I had a problem with having multiple FPJ city commander suits including two Diacommander suits with identical heads. I almost broke down and bought some really expensive optional heads online until I received some junk Kreo parts from a yard sale. The larger scale Transformer Kreo Sentinel Prime's head fits perfectly to the neck joint of the armor allowing me to pseudo recreate some of the scenes in the comic book that came with the City Commander. Maybe someone has already thought of this.
