Hello, I receive two weeks ago, my Shockwave Mp29, and, i don't like the fact i need 2 pack of battery for HAND CANON, and for PISTOL CANON. In the g1, the cable between arm and body was functionnal, in the MP version is a coil springs, with a small cable inside. So, i decide use it to send 2 electricals cable and using the 3v battery of the chest to power the led in the hand canon. When i disassembled Shockwave, i figured out i will be able to add also a yellow led in this head, removing the yellow transparent plastic, and this wav, shockwave will have a true bright single eye. This is a result. I use the chest button to switch on/off the led eye, in one position, the yellow led eye is on, in the other position, the pistol trigger work. I had to deactivated the pistol canon led fading effect. If somebody want to do the same, i can publish mode picture and instruction, just ask.
Nice! If only Takara just made the g1 version with a bit more articulation and details, we would have a better masterpiece...
1) That is just awesome! ...and also what I wish Tak-Tom had done in the first place. 2) Yes, I would love to see some instructions, diagrams, or pictures of the opened-up figure.
