Copying this from the KO thread: Got my ko cw aerialbots in today. For the most part, I'm not impressed. EXCEPT, I got 6 bots for less than I'd pay for 1 on eBay, and I get to customise 'em. Took about 20 minutes to cut the fuselage and add a hinge. (From form Ratchet grill guard). I had some leftover KO Roadpig arms, cut off the ball joint, and gave this guy knees. Next will be adding a twist for the combiner peg. OK, so I got the connector problem solved. I just cut it in two and ground out a notch where I put in a mushroom joint. Now it works for arm or leg. The hole for han/foot/gun has been done so I won't post that. Hope it helps y'all.
It's a shame the ko versions don't have full articulation. Then they would be a steal for casual modding and/or repainting.
Update cided to turn them in generic seekers. Purple and red are Slipstream and Redwing. Blue is now Hotline. Did a 4th to be the guy in the lower left of the pick from tfwiki.net. Don't have a name for him as it wasn't listed, just really liked it. Two of the heads are Cybertron Thundercracker, one is a v1 generations Stars cream head, another is the skyward head from FOCattached to the ko head I think it adds a feminine touch to it. Really cheap really easy way to get some extra seekers. The last one will be either Needlenose, or leader one. Can't decide
