The theme here is unreleased concept Dinobot stuff. Customer for this one asked me to paint a 3D printed Dinobot figure in the unreleased Transmetal concept colors, keeping the parts that are only seen in robot mode colored in the very simplistic McDonalds toy colors (just blue with red eyes) and with the inner tail painted the way it looked in the unreleased original dinobot figure concept art. The green extra raptor head is painted in McDonalds toy colors, as are the 2 extra robot mode heads, so the bawse has some options to swap between there. Definitely not a color scheme I ever thought I'd be putting on one of these, but fun to do and a nice change of pace from the 4 I have done in screen accurate colors. Thank you!! I think he means wacky colors that don't even make much sense for the alt mode, like what G2 did with most of the G2 variant toys, like the wacky colored Dinobots and combiners for example. I agree, but yeah, Classics Dinobot was pretty far off base too.
Love the colors, you know what it reminds me of, those crazy Jurassic Park paint jobs the toys had in their 2nd release. The Chaos Effect toys!
